PT Santomo Green Power Management (Head office: Jakarta; President Director: Shuntaro Yamaguchi; hereinafter “SGPM”) has signed an agreement with the Faculty of Engineering at Hasanuddin University (hereinafter “UNHAS”), a leading institution in Eastern Indonesia, for the implementation of Battery Swapping Stations (hereinafter “BSS”) and a solar power system (hereinafter “SOLAR”).
On Wednesday, August 7, 2024, the signing ceremony was held at the UNHAS Faculty of Engineering campus, with Professor Muhammad Isran Ramli, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and Shuntaro Yamaguchi, President Director of SGPM, signing the agreement.
This agreement builds upon the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) signed in June, further specifying the plans to install BSS and SOLAR at a facility within the UNHAS Faculty of Engineering campus. It marks a significant step toward the realization of green mobility.

Installation of BSS and SOLAR at facilities within the UNHAS Faculty of Engineering campus.
Through this agreement, SGPM will continue to contribute to the realization of a carbon-neutral society by supplying environmentally friendly and cost-effective electric motorcycles and expanding the network of BSS.
